Noodles with Scallion and Dried Shrimp

Instructions
1. | Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles by following the instructions on the package. |
2. | While cooking the noodles, heat 2 tbs. of oil in another pan. Add the white part of the scallion and dried shrimp; sauté in low heat until the scallion is golden brown. Turn off the heat. Mix in the green part of the scallion, soy sauce and sugar. |
3. | Place the cooked noodles in a bowl. Top the noodles with the sauce in step (3). Mix the sauce with noodles while serving. |

1. | 燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。 |
2. | 煮麵同時燒熱另一小鍋,放進2大匙油,蔥白和蝦米用小火炒到蔥白成金黃色。熄火後加入蔥綠,醬油和糖拌勻。 |
3. | 麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡,澆上步驟3做好的醬汁。食用時將醬汁与麵拌勻。 |
