Noodles with Scallion and Dried Shrimp

Ingredients
Dried noodle for 1 person
Scallion (diagonally sliced/separate green from white part) 3 stalk
small dried shrimp (soak 15 minutes/drain)1/2 Tbs
Cooking oil2 Tbs
Soy sauce2 Tbs
Sugar1 tsp

Instructions
1.Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles by following the instructions on the package.
2.While cooking the noodles, heat 2 tbs. of oil in another pan. Add the white part of the scallion and dried shrimp; sauté in low heat until the scallion is golden brown. Turn off the heat. Mix in the green part of the scallion, soy sauce and sugar.
3.Place the cooked noodles in a bowl. Top the noodles with the sauce in step (3). Mix the sauce with noodles while serving.

乾麵 1人份
青蔥 (斜成小段/蔥綠蔥白分開) 3
小蝦米 (泡15分鐘/濾乾)1/2 大匙
食用油2 大匙
醬油2 大匙

做法
1.燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。
2.煮麵同時燒熱另一小鍋,放進2大匙油,蔥白和蝦米用小火炒到蔥白成金黃色。熄火後加入蔥綠,醬油和糖拌勻。
3.麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡,澆上步驟3做好的醬汁。食用時將醬汁与麵拌勻。
